I have built a small but representative collection of these P&Scameras because they can be had for peanuts these days. This little beauty has all the rest beat, and the others like Nikon, Pentax, Canon are good, but not as good as the Samsung.
The Schneider lens needs no introduction, I have been using this glass in various cameras for the past half century, and it is IMHO at least the equal of other much more expensive lenses. This camera is just about perfect in every possible way, it powers up rapidly so you don't miss these elusive and rare opportunities to capture memorable images which will always be in focus and perfectly exposed. The design of the camera is also well thought out so it looks and feels good in the hand.

I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! This certainly does not making chosing easy!
Well, thanks to the advice of the very helpful assistant in ASDA, I was able to finally decide on the Samsung ES55 and have no regrets! Ok, so how do you chose the right camera for you? As described in the title, Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 is a compactdigital camera with great zoom lens. After using it for four weeks, I cannot get rid of it. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a digital camera for three main reasons.
First, TZ7 takes nice pictures. With the lens from Leica, the quality of pictures is guaranteed. Before this one, I had used two digital cameras, including a Canon and an Olympus. TZ7 shoots better pictures than the two, especially in an environment with low light. And it has more options to adjust the sizes of the pictures.
