Summary Of The Product

Last year Galaxy released four variants of the same phone, each with a different price tag. The mini was the cheapest of those four. Despite it's name, mini is actually an exaggeration as it's screen size is actually a nice 3.2" touchscreen.

Unfortunately this budget bundle only comes with a 3 megapixel photo and video camera which is a bit of a shame when comparing it to it's bigger brothers, but none the less this is still a great phone.

This high speed 3G product comes packaged with android market 2.2, supplying the user with a range of over 100,000 apps from the android market.

There are however some let downs with this phone. Firstly the resolution is a mere 320 x 240 pixels, meaning the words in the browser can look unclear without zooming in. Also the battery life on this phone is somewhat poor. The average life on this phone is just a small 24 hours so i would recommend you get a compatible car charger as you will be running out of life fast.

Who This Product Is For

In my opinion i think this product is mainly for young users such as teenagers. The phone looks sleek and stylish and is in-expensive compared to some mid to high tier phones. It also comes with the ability to download social networking applications and widgets from the android market 2.2.

Of course this phone is still a viable option for a family or business phone, however you would get a better quality experience with other phones for example the HTC wildfire s or the HTC Desire.

My Personal Opinion

Finally my judgment. This phone is a must buy for low budget smartphone users. It's sleek and stylish design means you can show off to your friends, without them knowing the disadvantages of the phone.

The fact it has android market 2.2 means the user can download thousands of games to keep them entertained. My teenage son loves this phone to bits. But he can't brag, i have the HTC Desire. Ha Ha!
