Advantages: Brilliant picture, great style, bags of connectivity
Disadvantages: Need to experiment to get the colour that suits you

I bought this TV after a lot of research on the internet, and by wandering from store to store. The picture is great when watching Freeview - you might have to experiment to get the colour balance right - the contrast is very strong out of the box. I have had to experiment a bit to get the quality from my DVD/HDD recorder and a videosender (connected to my satellite receiver) right. Bought this as I didnt have £8k for the screen I wanted, plugged into my pc and the quality is in general great, great colur depth, however you do get 'tearing' and pixelation when there is a lot going on. Great connectivity too, its got HD and PC input cat really go wrong from a price point either.

My son bought a samsung ( 40 inch ) typical but as we have set place for the tv to go we were so impresed after visting a well know retailer we boght it WOW what a picture conected by scart at the momment but attacted to VIRGIN MEDIA. set up was easy, plug it in and play with the various set up choices clour etc. Sad to see my panasonic fat screen go but hey times move on all i can add it welldone SAMSUNG hope you keep adding real choice to the market.

...The additional "Game Mode" that Samsung offers really does improve the picture quality when normal TV's would struggle to maintain a good picture, whilst constantly maintaining an elegant look whilst proudly sitting in my bedroom.
