I'm not a technical sort of person so I won't be quoting lots of numbers. I can say that this TV is one of the easiest Tv's to install and use. I followed the instructions and it did everything it was supposed to. Within 10 minutes I was watching all my programs in excellent quality. When we bought a new DVD player all I had to do was plug in the scart cable and I was off and away, same story for the wii. I have always been a bit scared of electrical things because one little mistake and you can be pulling your hair out. Not this time. The instruction booklet was simple to follow with very helpful diagrams. I am pleased to say that I have never needed the instructions since. The quality of the sound and picture are both brilliant. The colour/sharpness and brightness can all be changed within 3 button pushes of the control. The TV menu is well formatted and a very handy back button which will put you back to the beginning in case you take a wrong turn. I like this because as soon as I see a page I don't understand I can exit before I make a huge mistake. The size of this TV is perfect. It fits in my (average size) sitting room without being the center of the room but you don't need to put your glasses on. Another benefit is how easy it is to clean the screen. My daughter took a biro to it one day, I took out the special little cloth, damped it with water and it was good as new! Definitely shop around for this product because it can be found for less money than quoted. I think I paid around Ģ500 for mine.
Advantages: picture quality is amazing Disadvantages: only one thing its i little slow turning on taking about 10 seconds.
...over the past few years samsung have become a great rival to many leading electronic distrubutors like sony and toshiba and there is now wonder why with a product of this quality. if your are considering a new tv then i would definatly recomend samsung because i have bought one myself and eversince i have had it i have never had one problem with it and even today i am still amazed at the picture quality. this tv is also great for linking games consoles ...

...not like this one. this Samsung is one of the best tvīs i have had. The picture is so clear and has some of the best resolution i have seen. The design of samsung is beautiful as allways and the depth of this tv and itīs clarity is completaly amazing, itīs allmost like you are there at the place are your watching beacuse it seems so real, not to mention the sharpness and the graphics when/ if you play console games. without sounding more like a salesmen ...
