makes various effects as ... ...playing various sounds like an older mobile phone. The only bad thing is that i was not able to find where to switch this feature off, but they arent loud. Buttons are all touch activable so you only touch button and dont press to switch it.
I found a bad thing anout this device - it is not possible to print something not standard - envelopes, stickers and so on!

Everything is with sound - yes this printer is playing various sounds like an older mobile phone. The only bad thing is that i was not able to find where to switch this feature off, but they arent loud. Buttons are all touch activable so you only touch button and dont press to switch it.

Inserting toner is very easy and you will have no difficulties with it - you just put toner on empty space inside. The bad thing about toner is that when you buy this printer you will get only starting toner which is only for 1000 pages so you will have to go to buy a new one soon.
Toner is about 40 pounds and will print 2000 normal pages so if i count price of printing and paper together it is about 2.5p per one page. That is not a bad result. Speed of starting and warming up is very good and printing 16 pages per minute is not a problem, so i must say that manufacturer says true. I tried to print photographs - they are a bit darker but very well printed. It is smooth enough and theregore this printer is usable for printing photos for your purpose. The loudness is very well and i think that most printers are louder than this device. SO i recommend this printer maybe to office where you want to look cool but at home is better have cheaper model which can print on envelopes and stickers.
Advantages: Excellent print quality. Print from any PC in house without cables. Smart looking. Compact. Quiet Disadvantages: Pricier toner than I've been used to. Better networking instructions badly needed.
so well, it seemed logical to at least give them first refusal on my buying something of theirs, and so that, in part is how I came to decide on the SamsungML-1630W. The other side to the argument rests with that 'W' in its name.
My other printer, an HP all-in-one is 'network-able'- OK, not by wi-fi, but network-able nonetheless. Having seen the delights of having to only leave the router switched on for every PC in the house (all 3 of them!) to be able to access the printer without any one of them needing to be the 'master' that shares printers, I was hooked.
The W in the Samsung's name stands for Wireless ? yes this one goes one stage further, and does away with cables (except for the mains, duhhhh!) completely.
