We purchased this laser printer over a year ago now, and it's never let us down yet! It's a nice size, very sturdy and was very easy to set up - pretty much just plug in and use. The real plus here, is the price. For your money you get a simple yet reliable printer. The printing speed really impressed me, much faster than any inkjet I've ever used. It's also a lot quieter than some laser printers I've used, and definitely quieter than any inkjet. It takes only seconds to warm up too. We have had to replace the toner cartridge once, and changing it was a breeze. I'd say the only downside is the picture quality, not the sharpest. But for document printing, which is what I use it for most, it's perfect. If you're looking for a fast and affordable printer, I'd definitely recommend this model.
Advantages: Refillable toner cartridges, economy ink setting Disadvantages: slightly noisy, takes a while to warm up
We have been using a Samsung ML1510 for club printing for approximately five years. That printer is still going strong and is now with the current club secretary. So judging by that experience I decided to buy a ML2010 as I anticipate a lot of printing for my research project. It was excellent value for money. I bought it from Ebuyer; I ordered it online at 4.30pm and the printer had arrived by 8.30am the next morning. The main advantage of Samsung ... ...refill, saving the extortionate amount for a new cartridge every time. The afore mentioned ML1510 has run on refills the whole time making it extremely economical to run. Although this printer does not have an automatic duplex function (would you really expect it at the price) it is quite easy to duplex manually using the printer dialogue on the pc. ...

Advantages: Compact and neat on the desk Disadvantages: Not sure about drivers for Vista yet.
The Samsung ML2010 is a relatively compact printer that sits on the desk neatly. There are no trays or paper supports to stick out and take up extra room.
The printer came with a driver disk and was easily installed. I have successfully used this printer for both A4 and A5 paper without an paperjams. I sometimes do a print run of 300 pages and apart from filling the papertray a few times it goes without difficulty. The papertray according to the ... ...on the weight of the paper. The printer will also print envelopes although I have never used it for this.
I don't have to stand over the printer and wait for it to finish so time isn't really an issue. With a print quality of 1200dpi it is more than adequate for the majority of people. It is capable of 20 pages per minute.
I would recomend this as an excellent choice for a low budget reasonable quality print out. It's economical if you fill the ...

...available and plumped for the Samsung ML2010. I purchased this from Morgan Computers uk at a cost of £49.99 and for £3.50 P&P I received it the very next day.
Set up was a dawdle unpack it load the toner cartridge and fill the paper tray, plug in the usb and windows says new printer please wait whilst we install the drivers, two mins later it is ready to go.
And go it does it can manage without a problem 20 pages per minute of text as quoted.
... ...is crisp and clear with no ragged edges. At an average page cost 1.2p per sheet then is certainly far cheaper than using an inkjet.
To any one out there looking for a cheaper option to print text I would thoroughly recommend this little beauty. It takes up less room than my Inkjet did which is for the moment back in it's box, the only downside is it is mono (black and white) tho I do now see the price of colour models is fast coming down under the ...

Advantages: COST, SPEED, PRINT QUALITY, DESIGN Disadvantages: I FOUND NONE
...I searched for a good laser printer and I checked my options for HP 1020
model and I purchased this SamsungML2010 R. At a price of Rs 5000(110$), it had a lot of advantage over the HP in terms of cost, memory size up to 8mb.Its standard cartridge gives a print for may be for a 2000, as I was told. Its a Concorde of the printers at 19,20,18 ppm under my observation. I am a university graduate and I need a B/W prints and I got a real Black beauty doing the job for me. It has a good design
and fits comfortably at a corner, make sure you have the power slot facility
while posting it. I would suggest it for a normal use at home and small offices and its a relief from the ink jet torture and the high priced HP models, " you must have this one"...

Advantages: Cheap; extremely fast; good print quality Disadvantages: Noisy
...If you're looking to purchase a SamsungML2010R printer, you may be slightly sceptical when you look at the price. These printers can be picked up for less than £50.00, but don't let the price put you off.
*** Installing ***
As with all of my Samsung devices, this was extremely easy to install. One thing to note is that a USB cable is not included in the box, so make sure you purchase one.
A small installation guide is included in the box, but it's as easy as putting the disc into your computer and following the instructions on-screen. The disc contains drivers for all Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems, so it's compatible with virtually every computer.
Once installed, a hidden utility will appear in your notification area to alert you to errors, such as paper jams. This simply notifies you when necessary, but...
