    A doddle to set up, easily detected by Windows XP first time and works fine from the word go. My only criticism is that if it's turned off, the next time one powers up, a message is displayed saying it can perform faster if connected to a USB 2.0 port, which it is already. It's possible this is related to the fact that I have it routed through a four port hub, not direct from a port on the PC's case ?

    Does exactly what it says ! Crisp output, once initial warm up has started. Toner cartridges might be a bit expensive, but seem to last a long time. Reproduction of both text and graphics is superb. Used to use lasers for work and this is easily as good the output as those and about a third of the price ! Haven't tested this for a large print run , but have no reason to suspect it would not be up to the task Only criticism is the siting of its front panel: it's on the top which really means it can't be positioned on a lower shelf of a computer desk. Copes beautifully with double-sided printing ... more
