Advantages Easy to use, low cost, feature packed, interesting, customisable.
Disadvantages Slightly over reacts with the tilt thing.
I'm a huge user of mobile phones, and always want newer, better and with more features. So it's shocked many people I know to find out that I've had my tocco since April 2010!
But this phone is a honey. It's hard wearing (I drop it constantly) and has more features than I'll ever actually use.
keypad - Slide the phone down to find a funky red keypad if you ever need to use it (I rarely do as the keypads on the touch screen are amazing
Widgets - On the touchscreen you can easily slide out the widgets bar and then slide a widget onto the main screen to use it. Widgets are also customiseable so you only have to see the ones you are actually going to use! You can even remove the network logo if it's in your way.Music Player - With excellent sound quality like you'd expect from a music phone. Clear music through both the included headphones or the speakers.
MP3 Ringtones for both SMS and Call - A big favourite of mine because I can bluetooth all of my favourite tunes to my memory card and change my ringtones daily if I want. None of this standard ringer rubbish I've had to put up with in the past.8 Megapixel camera! - Yes 8!!! Making it one of the best camera phones on the market. It's reponse time is amazing too. It's anti shake, anti blink and smile features can be set to ensure really fantastic pictures every time!
Games - There are some ok demo's on the handset, but download a few games and you'lll see the gameplay in full. The touch screen opens up a whole world of new style phone gaming. Add to that the shake technology (check out the dice roll game on the handset to try it out) means you can really play!Browser with 3g - I don't usually use internet on my phone, but the browser is so easy and clear it gives me chance to check my emails and facebook really quickly whilst I'm out.
Video editor - Record a video using the camera and you can edit it on your phone. Not a feature I've used much.Voice recorder
Bluetooth - So easy to use, and quite funky too.Photo browser - This date organises your pictures into months and then you can either slide your finger over the screen or tip the phone to browse.
It also has the standard features like alarms, calculator, calendar etc.MY OPINION¬
Well, as I said in the features. This phone is jam packed with cool stuff. 8 months down the line and I'm still finding cool things that it does. It's call quality rocks. SMS is easy to send and recieve. The only faults I can find with this phone is that sometimes the tilt/shake feature is a little fast to react. But overall I'd definately recommend this handset 110%. I'd say its almost as good as an i-phone but for a lower budget. Well done samsung on bringing an amazing, low price keeper. I'm not looking for a new phone in a hurry.
