Advantages: Great size for excellent storage
Disadvantages: Product broke just after 2 year warrantly and Samsung customer service is non-existant

...The first two years I loved my American Style fridge freezer. There is plenty of space in both parts and even though it was larger than expected, I found it easy to use. As the fridge was bigger than my old standard one, I did find I was storing things in it that I wouldn't have normally (cans of food for example). We do eat loads of fruit and veg though, and this is all stored in the fridge (there is only two of us in the household so it would be more suitable to a family). However, be warned! Our unit developed a problem just outside the two year warranty and the customer service from Samsung is totally non-existant. We were firstly recommended by Samsung to a service centre who wanted £75 for the first 15 mins, then a further £25 for every 15 mins after that. ...Me and my wife had to buy a new washing machine when we moved house. We needed a machine that would hold a large load because of lots of baby and toddler clothes , was easy to use (I'm not that good with washing machines) and would stand the test of time. We chose to buy the Samsung Q1235SGS which is practically identical to the model cuurently reviewed. It even has the same Fuzzy logic and display. The machine costs us £550 from Curry's, not a cheep machine. But we thought it would be worth spending the extra money to get a product that would meet our requirements and provided the machine withstood the test of time we could justify the additional cost.
