I purchased this product as I am currently setting up my own business and need to do lots of printing, therefore my old inkjet wasnt up to the job.
This machine is very impressive with a dpi resolution far in advance of most of its rivals in the price range.
Has loads of useful features such as auto collating, multiple paper sources, toner saving mode, energy saving mode, duplex collation, range of resolutions and a range topping paper load quantity.
The downsides are that it is a mono printer, but if you are looking at 1 you obviously dont want colour, there is no direct input for storage devices such as flash drives and the instruction manual is in pdf form and although easily usable, it is a bit daunting because of the size.
Print quality is excellent and the speed is amongst the best in class too.
There is a model the same with inbuilt fax should you want that feature.
The printer utility software is good and pretty straightforward.
the best thing was the price. I got mine from ebuyer for £540 but samsung laser printers come with cashback at the moment and if you take off the £150 cashback I recieved within 1 week of delivery then I paid £390 for a multifunction printer which costs £745 at most retailers.
the registration process is quick and painless but the extended warranty price is quite high.
