The top feeder tray, for faxing or copying holds upto 50 sheets of paper. There is an lcd display to let you know what the machine is doing eg copying, receiving a fax etc. There is PC connection - Parallel, hi-speed USB or ethernet. It also has a direct usb connectivity where you can do direct scan-to usb memory or direct printing from usb memory. When the machine has been used there is a slight 'humming' noise but then it goes to 'sleep' so then there is no noise.
