...Getting lost is my specialist subject. Unless I can be directed via public houses I can get lost as soon as I leave the end of my street. You may laugh but it is a serious concern for me as I panic when going anywhere new in the c ar. The fear of getting lost is overwhelming so paying £250 for the HP iPAQ Rx5935 Travel Companion was a small price to pay for a little bit of reassurance on my travels.

Advantages: ultra speed writing cd-rw Disadvantages: selceting correct media for maximum speed
...My first impression looking at it was that it's like any other DVD-RW drive, but when you install and use it you find that it's very quiet, fast and quite nice looking.
The installation is pretty quick about 5-10mins for most people and is no different to any other drive.
It says it is a writemaster on the front not samsung (it is jus the name of the software/hardware) or anywhere else really unless you take a look in device manager, don't worry it is the correct drive.
It is a very smart drive it automatically selecst sthe speed and type of media inserted so you don't have to do the confusing things and mess up you're copy.
I like this bit the best, it has TAC (Tilt Actuator Compensation) so if you're disc is twisted it will tilt the disc for the best writing conditions.
It has an excellent buffer underrun...
