Advantages: Gloss LCD, Keyboard, Touchpad, CPU Speed, GPU Power
Disadvantages: LCD Resoltion,no S-Video,no PCI-E slot

...I've had this machine for about 3 months now. Starting with the bad: There's alot of sticky keying at times, that causes you to tap the key firmly before it clicks into place to drop down to form a key press..it might be because the machine is still brand new, Since the two touchpad buttons had some play between the actual plastic and (switch)button,but later recessed perfectly. There's also not s-video out or pci-e card slot, which is slightly dissapointig.A HUGE word of caution, do not open the lid at it's centre...the plastic will start to warp outwards leaving the lcd area exposed! also, do not press firmly on the back part of the lcd lid, the lcd is easily affected and you'll notice colour spillage. Im running vista ultimate 64bit, and the drivers from samsung update centre for the shortcut keys on the machine is only for 32bit... Read review

...First off, I ought to qualify this review by telling you a little about how much I've done and messed about with the Poweredge SC1425 servers. My company bought eight of them around a year ago, and since then, I've been solely responsible for integrating them into our infrastructure ("sticking them in the server room" for those now looking blankly at the screen). In so doing, these servers have therefore been taken apart, put back together, had various operating systems installed on that, have been racked up, unracked, moved around various physical locations, had upgrades and all manner of other things done to them- so in short, hopefully I'm well qualified to make more than a passing judgement about them. Advantages: Very Good Laptop for Audio/Video and commercial applications
Disadvantages: Too many preloaded Samsung software.
