On first inspection it looked alot smaller than my previous cleaner and was alot lighter in weight.
It came with a turbo brush for pet hair and a crevice tool. The cord lenght is 6M and the hose also has a good reach and is telescopic.
This cleaner has the ... ...with a slide control switch so you dont have to bend down to switch on/off or to adjust the power. This is ideal for switching from carpet to lino flooring .
I must say I was pleasantly impressed on first use as it really stuck to the carpet so I didnt need full power (1800W) . The amount of dust and dirt it collect was astounding I didnt expect it to perform so well.

It really is a good design of the air chamber and very impressive. The filters are simple to change and one is washable.
Empting the dust collector is so easy just remove the container then lift off the top and empty into a bin or a carrier bag if you want to prevent dust from escaping.
I love the lightweightness and its small enough to sit on the stairs to vacuum them . The power and on/off build onto the handle is also very useful and a great idea. The only negative is that the turbo brush can seem noisy but in my experience this is the norm. I've had this vacuum for 2 months now and it still performs just as strong . This is probably the best vacuum I've ever purchased.

...back to argos, but since samsung have a customer repair service they were unwilling to replace it for me, even though I have 4 small children one of whom has just started crawling.
I had to call samsung and give them my details for a "call back" am still waiting for an engineer to come and "fix" it.
Samsung is a terrible brand, their customer service is terrible and I would have thought a 5 month old hoover that doesn't work should be replaced ...

Quick review of Samsung SC 4360
I purchased this hoover just 5 months ago and yes when i first used it, it was so powerful and ideal when you have got pets. I noticed after a few months the power wasnt there anymore so i kept washing the filters inside.Once the filters were washed the power was back but only for a short while. Now at 5 months old it as cut out altogether. Im so disappointed as the hoover is so small and light weight to carry about. What good is that if it burns out after 5 months. ive tried to contact Samsung with no sucsess. I think this product is going cheap because it hasnt got a long life span. I do usually like Samsung products, but not this one ...
