this fax machine is very easy to use and i would probably say it's one of the best on the market. If you buy this machine you will not be disappointed. The only draw back i would say is that the ink cartridges are not cheap. Also, its a real shame that the machine is in a creamy white, believe it should be in silver so that it will match all modern appliances. I definitely agree with the other review saying that this fax machine is very easy to use: it is one of the few appliances in our house that everyone can use without having to ask. We bought ours over 3 years ago and it is still going fine (typical Samsung). It is a pity that it does not come with a cordless phone and an answer phone (I believe next range up does have an answering machine and for the cost of this machine, you cannot complain).
