this fax machine is very easy to use and i would probably say it's one of the best on the market. If you buy this machine you will not be disappointed. The only draw back i would say is that the ink cartridges are not cheap. Also, its a real shame that the machine is in a creamy white, believe it should be in silver so that it will match all modern appliances. You can also buy the next model up that has a answer machine facility, but this will cost you a few pounds more. When i was looking for a fax machine this certainly stood out from all the rest. Also, if anything ever goes wrong with a samsung fax machine - you will be able to get any fax engineer who will look at it and fix it. i would dfiffently recomend this machine.
