The external display on the phone is only 80 x 64 pixels, which is pretty small, through the display you can view the clock which is illuminated, the battery life and also the signal which are also illuminated. The phone is in 2 different colours with mine being lavender pink its as dark pink stripe down the centre of the phone, with the Samsung label going across the bottom of the phone. On the left hand side of the phone there is a little button, which is for the camera, you don't have to go into the phone to access this, but the only problem of this is when you have it in your pocket or in your handbag it will nudge the button and takes pictures. There is also the button on the right hand side to which is for the key volume. Also if you press and hold down the # on the keypad you can set the ring tone to...

within the last couple of year's mobiles have turn into not just camera's but mini camcorders i myself have have had more than 10 different mobile's in the space of 7 year's from my first NOKIA 5210 which was the first phone to have changeable cover to my SAMSUNG E530 and all of them had there advantages and disadvantages the choices of mobiles are endless,
