megapixel camera with flash and autofocus, and a fully-featured music player with expandable memory to replace your MP3 player. With the feature of FM Radio, the D900i has been one of Samsung's most successful phones and is the best selling phone of 2007. Next the music player. This handles a good range of formats - MP3, ACC, ACC+ and e-AAC+ - and has very good sound reproduction with 3D virtual surround sound and a digital power amplifier. The player is easy to use with playlists of up to 30 tracks. You can use the stereo headset supplied by Samsung or a wireless Bluetooth headset. The built-in memory is 70 Mbytes, which is enough to get started, but if you're serious about using the phone as an MP3 player you can buy a Micro SD card - a 512 Mbyte card costs around £15. The only real downside on the music front is that there's no radio included.

...the time he chose the Samsung SGH-D900i in a very girly pink, although a little apprehensive that it was Samsung and I had not used one before I was willing to give it a fair chance especially as the Nokia N73 took a little getting used to and I had heard from girls at work that the Samsung was relatively straight forward to use.
My new phone arrived I was really excited the colour was fab it is a must for any girly girl, it is very slim and easily ... ...***************
I like my new Samsung phone and would now not hesitate to buy another Samsung over a Nokia any day, the phone does all the things which isn't really that much so most of the technology is wasted on me.
This phone is available on most networks and on pay as you go, although the price does vary, and I have since seen it in a range of colours including silver but if you require any further details here are a few websites currently ...

Advantages: stylish, many features Disadvantages: battery life, camera and can't pick your own message tone
...minutes. Also on the Samsung website, it says that this phone has a standby time of 320 and talk time of 6.5 hours. That standby time is fine if you're never ever use it or haven't any friends lol but I do not believe that I could talk on the D900I for 6.5 hours before it dies on me. I mean it already lost two bars on 2.5 hours of talktime and a few texts so I think they are being very generous with that estimation.
* All about the calls, the phonebook ... ...one time. Like other new Samsung phones, the layout for texting is similar. You have standard text (SMS), pictures messages (MMS) or email. SMS and MMS go into your inbox but emails go into a separate section.
When creating a text, you can use ABC, 123 or T9 (or what we call predictive text), then you enter the phone number and hey presto, it's sent. There's not really much different between phones when it comes to texting except for where the symbols ...

Advantages: Looks good, light, easy to use Disadvantages: Bad battery life, breaks easily
...if you have had a samsung before.
The camera quality isn't very good, even thought it is 3 megapixels, it is quite blurry and even though it has a flash it can hardly take a photo in the night, the movie feature is the same but you can record for 20mins depending on how much memory you have on your phone. The camera has several effects including - black and white, negative, sepia, emboss, sketch, antique, moonlight and fog, there are also several ... ...can be set to 3 secs, 5 secs or 10 secs. You can set the size of the photo from 240x180 to 2048x1536 and you can have normal, fine or superfine quality.
The battery is average, if you use your phone quite frequently then it needs charging every night and once the battery goes down to 2 of 3 then it won't last very long until it turns itself off. It has an easy to use menu which you can set to grid or standard menu. It stores about 200 text messages ...

Advantages: Looks Disadvantages: Too many to mention!
...I will never buy a samsung mobile again. At times where I have needed to check something important info on the internet, a moment where I could of took a priceless photo or video or simply times I needed music to suit my mood, I couldn't do these things because of this feature. The looks of this phone and the password feature on files and messages are the only positive things I can think of for it. I was seriously disappointed on wasting 129.99 on ... ...would never, ever buy a samsung mobile again after this experience of an absolute disgrace of a phone.
It's spec from samsung is as follows( But personally I would not go by these at all):
NetworkEDGE Class 10, GPRS Class10

I got the Samsung D900i a week ago, Carphone Warehouse told me I was due for an upgrade so I was more than happy to get a new handset.
GENERAL PHONE DESCRIPTION
**********
This mobile phone is a slide one and I got the black version although you can also get a silver one, when it is closed it measures 103.5 mm x 51 mm x 12.9 mm but when you open it it gets roughly 40 mm longer. Before this phone I used to have a Samsung D600 and the ... ...3 megapixel camera and finally Samsung has decided to add an FM radio to their handset (always useful during long train jurneys when you do not have an MP3 player), which unfortunately was not an option with my previous phone or other Samsungs for all I know.
The market if full, if not saturated with all the technology and variants out there I suppose the main brands all offer good value handsets with are generally very reliable. At this stage it ...

Advantages: Thin, lightweight, modern. Disadvantages: Not enough thought really went into the inner workings of this model.
...Sleek, stylish, fun, compact...just a few positive adjectives that could be used to describe the SamsungSGH-D900. I got this phone on contract from Vodafone in January of this year and so far have had a very positive experience. Below are all of the advantages and disadvantages I can think of:
Advantages:
- Very smooth sliding ability.

- Alarm, calendar, memo function, world clock, calculator, currency converter, timer, stopwatch.
- Video camera.
- Voice recorder, java world, image editor.

Advantages: Slim, durable, wide display screen, big easy to use key pads, amazin 3.0 pixel camera Disadvantages: damage marks can be easliy seen
...I have been the proud owner of the slim and sleek SamsungSGH-D900 for over 2 months now and I have been extremely satisfied with all its features.
From a female perspective I believe this phone is ideal for those women who like slim and sexy phones that they can slip comfortably into their pockets or handbags and it wont stick out like a sore thumb.
I have the chrome version which gives the phone both a shiny and sophisticated appearance. With regards to its features I rate the 3.0 mega pixel camera as its best asset. It provides top quality images and videos that can be amended with some cool editing tools within the phone.
Although I suggest this phone to be more suitable to women it does still maintain masculine features such as its wide screen display and good sized key pads.
Overall I believe that this phone has...

...Samsung does it again.
This is a fantastic up to date phone that im not embarrased to get out of my pocket.
Its around £120-£150 in high street shops, though i must add that i walked past O2 the phone store, and in the window was a great offer for the samsungSGH-D900 on a £35 per month tariff for 18 months,i could get 600 minutes anytime talk,500 texts and saturdays, sundays and mondays talk for free.plus a free ipod shuffle mp3 player.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
The first thing i noticed is its slick slider to open the phone and the fact that the phone is so slim,it fits great into any handbag and for the gents its great in your back pocket. It comes in two great colours black and silver,i got the silver and in my opinion it looks better than the black.I would say its about 9cm in length when shut and 12cm when open. The thickness i would say...
