The Samsung E250 is a bit of a let down to my other phone which broke and I have had a lot of phones but the reasons why it is a good phone are shown below along with a few bad points but every phone has bad points this one has an advantage to other phones. The fact that it is a slide phone mean that it is helpful for calls all you have to do is just have slide it up and the call is answered. The phone has good reception, which is good because the majority of phones have poor reception. If you want a phone the better the reception the better the phone actually is.
The phones colour is great and has some depth to it. I have owned many phones and this one is the best by far for colour. The phone has a VGA camera which is ok for videos and pictures the effects that the edit section has are brilliant it allows you to add clipart, frames and emotions. You can also change it to black and white, a negative, Sepia, Emboss and Sketch.
The mp3 player is a bit of a let down from my last phone (see other review Sony Ericsson S500i) you can't text whilest you listen to music which is kind of annoying also if you get a call it starts again or if you leave the mp3 part you have to start the song again. There is only 4 playlists you can have which allows you to have 30 songs per playlist, 120 songs in total.
The entertainment is great thoe, it includes four free games when I got my phone it had Free kick a game that requires you to aim for the goal and shoot taking in the wind direction, the way you're kicking it and the level of power, Forgotten Worrior the game is about a guy who falls in love and his lover is taken away and he sets off to find her, you have to help him fight to find his lover. Cannonball, it is exactly like ping pong but faster and has a space invaders feel to it the last game is Arch Angel, i have only had a few goes on this game and am not too sure about how to play it.
There is also an Organizer section of the phone which has things such as: - Alarm - Calendar - Memo - World Clock - Calculator - Convertor (converts any thing from currency to Temperature) - Timer - Stopwatch
The only downside I can think of about this phone is the memory space apart from the fact you can have a memory card which gives you more space but I didn't get a memory card free which is a pain as there is limited space available. You can buy a 1GB Memory card for £9.95 from The Carphone warehouse. I have 20 images, 5 Videos, 84 songs on my memory card and i still have 837808 KB to use. The memory card also comes with an adaptor so you can put files from your phone to your laptop or computer and print out photos out at Kodak shops or any shop with a photoprinter The phone is better with the memory card it only takes MicroSD memory cards.
The phone cost £39.99 from Argos. The phone comes with Headphones, a Charger, Insturctions and a simcard (includes topup card.)
