I'm currently using this phone as my old one fell out of my bag on the back of a motorbike going 120mph...I'd say its pretty easy to use, loving the purple/pink colour my local O2 store had to offer me, and i got £18 free credit! It's good value as mine cost about £30 at the time.
Its quite slim and it slides up and down and has a variety of ringtones and wallpapers pre-set into it.
It has blue-tooth, a camera (of very low quality), options to change the colour of the pictures you take to sepia and black and white (oh joy!) Tri-band and Wap, great for checking emails...but not alot more than that.
Don't bother trying to buy realtone ringtones as they don't seem to work and you end up wasting your money, you can't change your message tone to that awsome "Mail mutha F*cker!" that alot of people seem to have on their phones. Doesn't hold alot of memory, i currently have about 10 pictures on it and cant take anymore without deleting them :( it also doesnt store your sent text messages for some strange reason so you cant remember harrassing your ex while you've been on the lash! (thats a good thing!)
I have several times dropped my phone into puddles and hard floors, it just seems indestructable ( i DO NOT recommend smashing it with a hammer to test!)
The battery life depends on how long you charge it up for the first time, the less you leave it on charge, the less life it has. But charge it up too much and the battery wont work as well..but these days alot of phones already come pre-charged so you dont have to worry about that.
My favorite bit of this phone is the radio so you can listen to some tunes as is doesnt have an MP3 player built in.

This phone is just ideal for easy use texting and making phone calls.
