I brought it before a night out and only got the charge the battery for a short time before using it for the first time and the battery didn't even go low all night - which i was very impressed about as many camera batterys do not last long. In the instruction manual it says for still photos the battery life is 85minutes and 70minutes for movies, but I had it on alot longer than that and also used it for 2 days after without the battery still going low. One problem with the battery is that it is a special camera battery rather than using rechargable batteries, so if there is a problem with the battery or it runs out while you are not with the charger you cant go and buy any batteries to go into it. The battery is recommended to be charged for 150minutes.
The camera comes in silver and has 7.2 megapixels and takes very good quality photographs, it also has a x5 zoom which takes very clear photos even used on the maximum zoom. The camera has a 2.5 inches colour LCD screen.
The camera looks stylish and is the smallest camera available in currys, approx 3 inches long and 4 inches width.
You are able to take still photographs and also movies on this camera. The camera is simple to use, without too many confusing features. On the front there is a flash, microphone, self timer/auto focus lamp, lens, shutter button and speaker and on the back there is a camera status lamp, lcd monitor, tripod socket, play mode, zoom, mode button, delete and a function button. The different mode setting the camera has are - night, portrait, children, landscape, text, close up, sunset, dawn, backlight, fireworks, beach and snow - these help maxamise the quality of your photos for different settings. You can also take the photos in black and white, sepia tone, blue, red, green and negative modes.
The camera has an automatic flash which can be changed, and it has a double flash meaning it can help with those people that close their eyes in photos as they close it on the first flash and their eyes reopen ready for the second!
Unless you have already had a camera similar to this before, you are required to purchase a memory card with the camera, which is sold seperately.
The camera comes with a disc and usb cable to enable you to upload your photos on your computer, it also comes with a wire to connect your camera to your tv. This disc is easy to load with a step by step guide incase of any problems.
When using the self timer there are 3 options - 10 seconds, 2 seconds or double self timer icon. When using self timer for movies only the 10 seconds timer will work.
You can choose several different images sizes - photos - 3072x2304, 2592x1944, 2048x1536 or 1024x768 and for movies - 640x480 and 320x240.
Another great thing about this camera - it makes you look tanned!! Wonderful for these pale winter months!
Overall I think this is a very good camera which I would recommend, it has a good battery life, takes good quality photographs and looks stylish and small.

Sounds like a nice little camera. I would not want it to make me look tanned however, I would want the colours to be true.

Lots of good info. I wouldn't mind one of these. Do you know, my Fuji Zoom 6800 camera cost me around £700 with added memory some years back and all I got was 6 megapixels. This is so much smaller and no price at all. And seven megapixels! Wow...
