I have now had my phone for just under a year. In October I had to get it replaced because the screen wouldnt turn on. It was they replaced with a refurbished phone (virgin mobile policy) and that last about 2 weeks before it developed white lines across the screen. This got increasingly worse over the following couple of weeks and I have not used the phone since before xmas because it is impossible to read from the screen. Personally I think it is a design fault, as the sliding phone is a weak spot. Its a good phone, when it is not faulty. Therefore I change my rating and do not recommend this phone. It is not worth the hassle!
Original review
I have had this mobile for nearly 4 months now and although I really like it, there are a few annoying things about it
Features
MP3
player: which can be synchronisized with windows media player, however I found this to be particularly slow. You can play the media player on the speaker, which is surprisingly clear. But the headphone port is also different to standard headphones and therefore you have to use the uncomfortable headphones provided.
Camera and Camcorder: It has 3.2 mega pixel camera, which is clumsy to use, but generally not bad considering it is on a phone. It also has a X4 zoom and a flash.
Fm Radio: which only works when you use the headphones, because that is where the aerial is. But found that the signal is very poor.
Bluetooth: standard like most
Ringtones: they give you 20 annoying ones, but I tend to use music I have uploaded. I sometimes do the same for the alarm, but found I now dislike any track I chose for an alarm lol so gone back to the annoying sounds!!
Colour Menus: The menus are clear and in colour, but I found there was a lot of them, making it sometimes difficult to find thingsIt also has the usual:
Clock/Alarm - found this very good as you can set numerous alarms, with different tones and to repeat daily or on certain days etc.
WAP - I have never used this and have a habit of accidentally loading it, which is rather annoying
Games - They give you some, but most of these are demos such as Asphalt Urban GT, which you then have to purchase to even get past the first level. It is easy to accidentally quit your game by knocking the cancel button next to the navigation keys.

My Opinion
One of my favourite settings is the wallpaper. If you select it as 'theme', then you get in the UK a picture of the Houses of Parliament, with moving clouds and changing light depending on the time of day. When a new Text message arrives you either get a plane with a vapour trail or fireworks at night. Although this sounds rather sad, everyone who has seen this feature loves it. Apparently when you go abroad it changes to a different city view, but I have not seen this as I have not been abroad with it yet.
The most annoying thing on this mobile however is the cancel button. It is the hang touch button, which is on the right, next to the main navigation key. It is so easy to touch and cancel a message when you are in the middle of writing it. You get asked if you wish to save the message but there is no option to go back. Other people who have this phone have always commented on the same problem. Also how some how you end up calling someone when you are trying to read or send a text message.
I still however really like this phone. It looks really cool and is light to carry. It fits nicely in your pocket and the sliding screen is fun to play with and feels good. Yes it has it faults but it is a good quality phone and does what it needs to which is make phone calls and send messages. I would not however recommend this phone if you are looking for a technically flawless phone. It's a bit clumsy in the sense that its easy to ring people and exit things accidentally. If you do purchase this phone, by a cover for it as the sceen is easy to scratch.
