Advantages: intelligent menu system, fantastic camera, good looks
Disadvantages: Speakers are not very loud in comparison to music phones.

I have had this phone for 2 months now and am loving it. The first thing you notice is the sleek design, mine being midnight black, when shut, all you see is the two screens and 4 buttons. The phone is not overly heavy but certainly feels sturdy and is very comfortable to hold even in smaller hands. ...than i recieved on my samsung d900. Talk time and battery life is quite good, with out exessive use i am able to keep the mobile on for serveral days without needing to charge it. However alot of use requires me to charge it up each night just to be on the safe side. Full battery charge from less than one bar takes around 3 hours. ...and then i saw the samsung soul, i had seen it advertised and the tune on the advert had been stuck in my head for days! i messed around with it on the display and it was nice to hold, not too small and was nice and chunky. so i decided to get it. once i got it home i put it on charge, when on charge the little touch screen showed a large picture of a battery charging. after that was complete, i was playing around with the phone, as the touch screen ...

The Samsung soul is what i think the highlight phone of 2008. It's a beautiful, sophisticated phone that fits in with todays over-obsessive "Beauty world" with its dual-screen-touch-sensitive controls and metal casing. ...After looking around a plethora of electrical stores, completely undecided about which phone I should purchase, I spotted the Samsung SGH-U900 Soul, sitting stylish and modern on its perch. The phone, which comes in a small variety of colours (including pink, silver and graphite) is of slide design. Underneath the perfectly-sized display screen, which even caters for those with less than perfect eyesight, lies the coloured touchpad. ...Samsung SGH-U900 Soul- the name says it all, it is what I have been waiting for in a mobile, small yet powerful, stylish but actually useful! Full of soul. The handset is small but reassuringly weighty so you feel like you are holding a phone, the metal case and buttons help with the feeling of quality and build strength. The slide is quick but controlled so it you don't feel like you are going to break it every time. It is so configurable it is crazy, you can change almost every part of the themes from the new touch display to the colour of the box that pops up when a message arrives. The new touch screen means less messing around with your thumb as everything you need to do is usually under your thumb as it changes by context.
