I only bought this phone a few days ago so I've not played with everything yet. Having only ever used nokia phone before I found this surprisingly easy to use and navigate. It is packed with features that I've never had on a phone before - mp3 player, wake up alarm that can be set to go off every week day, every day except sunday, or every day etc. Little things that make life a little bit easier.
I like the feel of the phone, it feels solid and is easy to text on, which is something that's an important feature for me.
The screen is large and clear and has a sharp picture, and the outside screen shows the number of who's calling which I've always liked.
All sorts of keys are customisable as well, so you can have shortcut keys to whatever you use most around the main button, and buttons that can do different things when you're on a call - not tried that yet, but I assume things like volume, hold, etc.
A really useful feature of this phone is that it highlight numbers in text messages, so that you can save them easily without having to write them down and type them back in. I've not had this in a phone before.
I've only found a few downsides so far, and some might just be that I haven't worked out everything yet. The camera lens is fitted on a peice that rotates at the top of the phone, but it can't be rotated far enough to protect the lens from dust. The headphone socket and charging socket have a plastic cover that looks like it would easily snap (but a friend has assured me that they're surprisingly strong so we'll see). It only comes with 1 game (ok, it has 5, but 4 of them are only 30-60 second previews and then you have to pay to donwload them).
It's a 3G phone which does mean that when it's on the 3G network it's battery doesn't last as long. The reception bars do seem to look low when it's on 3G, but dispite this I haven't had any problems calling anyone.
