Advantages Good pic, many socets like SCART and HDMI
Disadvantages Breaks down often, expensive to buy and very expensive to maintain. limeted viewing angles
Got this TV and at first was happy with the pic quality when viewed at eye level. Two months later and it starts turning its self off all the time, very frustrating and a huge hassle to get Samsung to help.
A year and a half later and the same thing this time the bulb (which is supposed to have 7500 hours left) goes on the frits. Also starts making random buzzing noises and when I go online for help their are so many people with Samsung TVs doing similar things it is impossible for me to research and fix it myself.
I had to call in Samsung approved repair men and it was very expensive to fix. Remember Samsung only give 12 months warranty and in 2 years it broke down twice.
It is the worst TV I have ever bought, it is very expensive and of very poor quality. Save your money and avoid Samsung like the plague.
