Few days back i switched from my old SyncMaster 793s to this edition.Actually i was in due need of LCD monitor because i was trying to move to new slimmer version keeping back the old CRT.Not only because of slim model,as i'm a Maya developer it demands greater screen size ,better resolution i had to go for it.

Display
This 19" TFT display sports a 1,600 x 1,200 resolution which is pretty impressive.Safe mode display with down-scaling option will let you see UXGA mode picture.The most interesting thing i have found that i shows you a warning message which prompts you to change the resolution.With satisfactory graphics reproduction,its awesome brightness,dynamic color contrast (8000:1) simply wooed me.As it comes with 8-bit panel,it doesn't compromise to generate 16.7 millions cut-edge colors.
