This was the phone I was initially planning on getting until I actually got a chance to play with someone else's.
Don't get me wrong it's a good phone , and it looks stunning , but then it gets that inevitable comparison to the iphone and suddenly certain aspects of it don't seem quite so good...
Starting with the good points though the tocco ultra come's with an impressive 8MP camera complete with all the trimmings including editing software and a share pix faciltiy which lets you upload picture's to a variety of site's. It uses a LED light which although not as good as the xenon flash is still more than adequate and the clarity of the picture's taken is brilliant , if anyone's got shaky hands it's also worth noting that samsung have added anti-shake software to counter any wobbling and things such as smile shot(taking a photo only when a smile is detected) and face detection make the camera very fun to use.
The video quality is also top notch and this phone is brilliant for those who use their phone as there primary camera/video recorder (one area where the tocco ultra completely trumps the new iphone)
The Aesthetics
The AMOLED screen is absolutely stunning and prove's that OLED screening is definitely the way forward and the slimline design is great for those who like to keep their phone in there pockets. The choice of the touchscreen and the keypad is also helpful for anyone who wants a touchscreen phone without losing out on the functionality of a physical keypad.
It also has some other cool features such as HSDPA web browsing , GPS ,a music player and a fake call feature which lets you record a message and at the click of a button make your phone ring and your message replay.
Memory
Although the phone only come's with 80MB it does have a memory card slot and with a microSD card this can be increased to 16GB.
OK so the bad points ,
Firstly - no WI-FI ! - I find this quite suprising in such a new phone...
secondly - texting can take some getting used to on this phone , but once you've got the hang of it it's not too bad - still not brilliant though.
and what lost it for me - the touch screen isn't very responsive , this may not seem like a big deal but it does make using it and it's accompanying widget's very irritating at times.
The Samsung tocco ultra isn't a smartphone and is a tad annoying to use at times, but if what your after is a good looking mobile with great multimedia feature's then it's worth having a look at - though I would suggest you ask to try it out before buying.

Advantages: Touch screen, easy menu access, good sound quality, light and good camera. Disadvantages: Phone cover could be better. A better phone for those with smaller fingers!
