The Samsung Tocco F480. New. Stylish. Easy to use. Everything you could want in a phone right? Well thats debatable, but in my opinion its a pretty awesome phone, and well worth the money.
The Tocco is not only a good looking phone - it has a brushed metal finish - but comes with a leather case to help protect it from scratches. It also has a really good resolution which means the great quality of the touch screen will just keep on lasting.
In terms of actually using the Tocco, I've never had any problems, although fast texting can be a bit of a problem. Also the camera is pretty good - 5 megapixels with autofocus, digital zoom and LED flash - which has a Smile Shot feature, which is able to identify when the subject is smiling and automatically takes a picture.
Furthermore, the F480 has a good music player that can play pretty much any file formats. This, combined with the huge amount of memory supplied (240 Mbytes of internal memory, plus the option to add up to 8 Gbytes of microSD memory) makes it very handy for storing and listening to all my favourite tunes on. Then there's the cool 'Shazam' feature, that only needs to listen to a few seconds of a song to be able to work out the track title and artist by the touch of a button. Which in my eyes is pretty impressive.
Nevertheless, the Tocco isn't all it's cracked up to be and has two problems. Firstly it has a habit of dropping calls and I experied this several times in the few months I owned mine. Secondly the voice quality is sometimes poor. Which, although it's nothing major, did get a bit annoying.
In conclusion the Samsung Tocco is great, but might not suit everyone, so I do very much reccomend buying it, but only if you've checked it out a bit yourself.

Advantages: Touch screen, easy menu access, good sound quality, light and good camera. Disadvantages: Phone cover could be better. A better phone for those with smaller fingers!
