Advantages Ease of installation; good value for money

The TV is a 40" good quality TV. It has all the facilities you would expect from an LED. It comes with HDMI, USB and PC input ports, and the usual menu options of colour enhancement, etc.
It is good value for the price ranges (middle of the road or even towards the bottom end of TVs of the kind), however, the image is not the crispest you could ever get and the colours can look artificial compared to other TVs of the same spec.The main advantage is the value, though, and a bit of shopping around would make it come really cheap indeed. It's all relative, of course, and it really depends on what you're after: if you would like a higher frequency (meaning that you would get a bit less 'fragmenting' of the images, particularly in HD mode), then you're probably be better off forking out a bit more and getting a TV with a 200 Hz rate. They are becoming increasingly common. If, however, you're mainly watching digital TV, then that should not be an issue at all.
In my opinion (and I have seen the its performance in comparison with Sony and Toshibas of the same size and type), it is worth investing in this as opposed to a plasma TV and also if you're a digital TV user. If, however, you are an avid gamer or an HD viewer, a bit more looking around wouldn't hurt. LED TVs are getting cheaper by the day. An Internet ready TV might also provide you with even more flexibility and access to programmes.Detailed Rating
