The YP-T10 is a really sleekly designed mp3 player. Even though most people prefer ipods, I find that other mp3 players (such as Creative) are cheaper and look better. One such would be the Samsung YP-T10. It has a responsive touch screen and it looks really good, black all around. In my experience, it is quite durable (I've dropped it a couple of times and it hasnt cracked), but you should get a screen protector because the screen is prone to scratches. It has a pretty good playback and it fits your palm nicely, as well as being bluetooth enabled so you can use bluetooth headsets. It is also pretty slim and fits nicely in tight jeans. However, there arent that many add-ons for this particular model, and the memory is pretty limited (only 4 gig). it can perhaps fit about a thousand songs, if you dont have any pictures or videos. It's a good buy if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

I contacted samsung who told me to go back to the retailer, bad customer service, so i went back to the shop they said they had had quite a few of these back so let me pick a brand new MP3 player, so i upgraded to a 80gb ipod classic which is a much better product and worth the extra money. ...

I love this MP3 player and feel it is a good contender against other more well known players on the market.
It has a slim sleek design and a huge colourful screen which makes finding your files and menus a lot easier to use. The sound quality is very clear and there are different EQ options which allow you to set it to your own taste.
It has many features such as bluetooth, radio, podcasts and a file browser plus many more. The playback menu is ... ...touch sensitive pad on the front of the player. The battery life is excellent and I've only had to charge mine 3 times since receiving it in April with quite a lot of use.
I really like the happy feel about this player with Sammy the dog welcoming you when you turn on the player and saying goodbye when you switch off. I use my player with earphones and also some mini speakers and the sound quality is very good on both.

Advantages: Functionality and da beats and sound. Disadvantages: Scroll is slow, sometimes press forward/rewind button by mistake.
I have the 8gb version.
This little MP3 player is neat and very functional. I traded up from an Iriver S10 which was subperbly small and much functionality, but limited at 2gb (also expensive). It has video playback, voice recording, fm radio, text reader in addition to the usual things. In addition to the usual Genre, Album, artist, It has a great little "Browser" folder, which lists things the way you order them in Windows, rather than by ID tag, ... ...of the same song in artist! It looks cool and his this neat little feature called Datacasts, which is essentially for podcasts, although I'm having difficulty getting it to automatically download podcasts, I think I'll crack it eventually.
The software if comes bundled with is pretty confusing, but using it with Windows Media playing makes syncing easy.
Lookswise it clean and neat and no protruding buttons - very sleek.

...it is a breeze using either the samsung software or simple drag and drop. Battery Life is very good as well as the sound quality, which also has lots of customizable settings. Overall A Very Nice Player That Beats The Ipod Nano on all accounts and is also comparitavely cheaper. ...

The YP-T10 is geared straight toward a young audience. The full-screen moving GUI is played out on a 2in, 240 x 320 display. It's MPEG 4 and WMV video capable as well as a music player - MP3 and WMA formats - and there's a radio and photo viewer on board too.
