Hold - Unless you slide it from hold again no button will respond.
Next - Play next track ( does not work ... ...also won't work while on 'hold' )
Plus - Add 1 to the volume ( to a maximum of '30' )
Minus - Subtract 1 of the volume ( to a minimum of '0' )
The cool ones next:
M - Menu, okay, enter, it pretty much just works as the button you need, it rocks, its nice and solid, and nicely positioned in the center of 4 buttons.

User/ *red dot* - Means Record, this is where you can record audio files yourself, and the mic picks up quite alot of sound, and the quality is reasonable. One problem, it has to be still when recording, if you wave it around in the air it will also pick up that sound.
To switch the player on/off, just keep the 'play' button pressed for a few seconds. Note, if you press it shortly, putting the track on pause, it will also turn itself off.
-----Details----- This MP3 is powered by Lithium-Ion, which means it lasts ages. Charged through the USB gate it can last for 4 hours after charging it for 80 minutes. This is however how mine works, your experiences may well differ.
I have had my MP3 fall quite alot, and in my school it is almost never out of use, and after 15 months it is still going strong, not even struggling. It was made in Slovakia, well, from now on I want every product from Slovakian soil.
Without earplugs it will not make a sound, there are no speakers in this MP3. The added earplugs are made with bass-support, awesome for listening rock music and other music alike, but it offers a great sound for all genres, even spoken stories.
There are 2 lights, bright blue ones, with a equal spacing to the usb connector. They respond when you choose to change track or volume, pretty much with every buttonpress. However, when I was in France, and there was no light at all, it was actually bright enough to be used as a flashlight. One that goes out every 15 seconds, so keep changing the volume to keep it shining.
There is space for about 420 good quality songs, and for the real music listeners, that use FLAC, there is room for 45 tracks then, but that will not really help unless you also buy a awesome headset.
I charged it for 9 hours, and after listening 17 hours in the car, either me or my neice, it was not even 1/3rd empty. If I draw my conclusion correctly, which I do not guarantee, you should be able to outlast your charge time by 4.
Advantages: big memory which stores up to1000 of songs,can delete music via the mp3 player, Disadvantages: the navigation round the mp3 could be hard, depends on your technological level though.
...register the Mp3 player with samsung just after you receive it for the reason that the serial number rubs offs really quickly and when they ask you to register it they would want to know the serial number just for security reasons. Registering is also another good oppoturnity of winning Samsung products because whenever you register for the warranty you will be automatically entered into the prize draw which is wicked!!
The mp3 player has strong ... ...they don't hurt your ears at all and via the headphone you can chose to add bass by putting the headphones all the way if the bass is too much for a certain track and you can't be bothered to go to the setting to take it off you can just lift up the headphones a little bit to the second level and bass will decrease. When you listen to your music you have the choice to change the tempo either making the music slow or fast which is a funny and cool ...

Advantages: Small and convenient, lots of useful options and features Disadvantages: May not last very long. Need to buy better earphones
I was very happy with the player until is stopped working after 9 months. Now it is completely dead.
I used it at work every day, and the only real problem I had was that you cannot listen to music while charging it up.
Good points
1) Good sound quality (good enough for me, anyway!)
2) FM radio reception OK (at least on strong BBC stations)
3) Can be used as a USB flash drive for files as well as music
4) Charges via USB - so all you need is ... ...with lots of options to adjust the sound etc
6) Good battery life
Bad points
1) It only lasted around 9 months!!!
2) You will probably want to get different earphones
3) USB transfers a bit slow (compared to a generic USB FLASH drive)
4) You can't play music or listen to the radio while it's charging!
I would recommend it if mine had not failed so soon. ...

Advantages: to many to say Disadvantages: charging could be a problem
This is a very good mp3 player
It can hold a lot of good quality songs and then play them with its superb battery life.
Through the speakers that it comes with the sound quality is very good (depends on where you get the music from) and if you plug it into some speakers it can go very loud.
The software that comes with it is very easy to use and works very well with the mp3 player, unlike some software that comes with mp3 players it is not an ... ...to use but it may be a bit harder to use if you have big fingers but otherwise it is very easy to use. One problem is that if you have lots of songs on it can take a while to reach other songs but this can be overcome if you just put random on.
Another bad point is that it needs to be plugged into a USB (universal serial bus) port to charge but it does charge when putting songs on it.
There are no leads required as there is a USB connector at the ...
