Firstly the size, 4GB, is amazing for a USB stick. This suits me fine and I can keep a back up of photos and videos, and well as being able to carry documents about while still having space for plenty more. You can't go wrong with that!I personally don't use the U3 feature of the stick. After experimenting for a while with it I decided to remove it using the built in utility. This wasn't because I didn't think it was good, but because I didn't feel I'd have a use for it, and would rather just have a simple storage device. After removing the software I was left with 3.82GB of storage capacity.
Another plus is the 'slidey mechanism'. No longer do you have to keep hunting for the protective cap as you just slide the USB connection back into the device. Love it.Its a standard size, not big at all although I have seen smaller ones. There is a small keyring type attachment on the top which allows it to be fastened to your standard keyring rather than one of those neck strap things. Of course you can still use them if you prefer.
The only negative I have with it is that it is very slow. I don't mean ridiculously slow that its unusable, but having come from a previous stick where transfer speeds didn't really bother me, I am noticing this. Maybe I'll just get used to it with some more time.I don't know what else to say...if you can find one of these at a resonable price then go for it (unless super speed is important for you!). Just to let you know I got mine for £30 from mobymemory.com. And with £1.20 for next day delivery that was another plus! :)
