What do you think of when you think of a music player? a shiny ipod? or a less fashionable but great budget sansa sandisck clip+?
The sansa is a brilliant mp3 player that ranges in the £20 - £40 for a 1gb, 2gb, 4gb, or an 8gb model each one able to have enchanced memory buy a standard micro sd card.(the one in most phones)
Of course the main feature that everyone looks for in an mp3 is the sound quality. The sound on the Sansa is near perfect sounding warm and clear. It is even better than most of the ipods i have used in my opinion!
It comes with a unremovable clip (can be snapped off) but the clip is brilliant; easy to use and with a smooth open and close. But it is not super strong i snapped mine after 5 months of fairly hard use which is reasonable as it still works great but then again i wasn't delicate with the clip.
The one inch screen is not that snazzy but is very clear in all lights.
The build quality is all round good with no creaking other than the clip which creaked slightly as i moved it side to side. Other than the slightly weak clip i am very happy with it.
it comes with the chance for the memory to be expanded via micro sd card, and with a built in fm radio. You can also buy radio cards for it with radio stations on it ( eg: rock, metal. hip hop) but i have never used one.
it comes with a standard headphone/ earphone jack which is great so you dont have to use an adaptor.
Summary: the clip makes gym work and changing songs a delight, with this all round great mp3 player.
