An excellent product all round. It looks good with the exception of the scroll wheel which looks slightly cheap. The sound quality is excellent and comes with a customisable EQ to ge the sound just right. The menu system is good and complemented well by the I-pod style scroll wheel. Transfering music is very simple and it synchronises perfectly with the latest Windows Media Player or you can drag and drop songs onto it like a file storage device. I was dissapointed by the video functionality of it as the software provided for converting videos and transfering them to it simply did not work so if you are hoping to use this to watch videos think again. No power charger is included so you either need to purchase one or charge the player via USB. The back of the player is very durable however the screen is very vunerable to scratching. Overall however despite the lack of video functionality the player is definately worth getting considering its relatively low price.
