Sandisk Compact Flash CF 4GB Ultra II 4096 MB

I bought one of these about 2 months ago to use with my new Canon 30D. I took it out on a shoot for the first time and after installing it, the camera flashed up "card error". I tried inserting it a couple of times with no luck. I put my old CF card back in which worked fine so I knew the camera was ok. I then tried this card one last time and it worked. It's been fine ever since but it did shake my confidence in it a little.

It does write very fast with no delays worth mentioning.
The transfer rate to my PC is good but is far quicker if you use a card reader as apposed to connecting the camera to the PC via USB.
