I purchased one of these for my fuji finepix s602 zoom digital camera. When I bought it, it cost about £40 but they are now available for around £15 - £20.
It pops into the camera with ease, but I did need to use the cameras format option to format the card before I could use it.

On normal quality photo settings you can snap away to your hearts delight. The photos store instantly and you can fire off photos in quick succession. In normal use I have taken around 650 photos on 1 of these cards somore than enough for most occasions. Set this camera to it's highest setting though and the cards write speed becomes apparent. With the s602z on finest quality it takes about 25 seconds to store an image. In some situations the photo opportunity could have been and gone.
Having said that, for most situations high quality as opposed to finest is more than adequate and in these situations this card has given me years of trouble free service. I have taken over 10,000 photos using this card, it has never failed to store an image, I have never had a corrupted image and there has never been any problem transferring the images to my pc whether through the camera linked directly to the pc, a cheapy card reader or the cardreader built into my printer.
Somewhat stranglely, despite having criticised it's write time, It is quick enough to read from to play video clips from it with no stuttering of the frame rates at all. i am not technically minded so I guess it reads quicker tha it writes.
All in all a good, reliable card with good capacity for the money but if you are looking for something to use with a very high megapixel camera or just a good camera on it's top settings then I would look for one of the faster models. It has however served my purpose very well and at todays prices I may just grab a couple more.
...and use both the standand Sandisk cards and also the Ultra Sandisk card. I have found that this card is superfluous to what I need, the speed is more than capable for the camera (and 99% of all others) There is no need to purchase the more expensive 'Ultra' product unless you have a very fast camera, such as the Canon 1D.
Features:
1. It is Available in 7 capacities: 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB
2. High transfer rate for fast copy/download

...I purchased this along with my Nikon D70 because I felt at such a high resolution 5MB NEF files couldn't be handled sufficiently by anything but the best.
This CF is just that, the best.
1GB storage size allowed me to save hundreds of photos at any quality (even Fine JPEG and NEF).
The process speed was also a shock to me, as soon as I slotted it in, I checked out my continuous shot feature, and shot hundreds of shots without any lag, even once I had finished doing so it only took a matter of seconds to completely buffer the images, which was surprised about because I had very high expectations, but after shooting 10 or 15 continuous NEF files even I was stunned.
The card was relatively expensive, at a hard £70-80 it may take some saving for but it's worth every penny, I've yet to hear of a faster one, and who needs more than 1GB...

...This is again a very good value card - compact flash has been the most reliable over the years, I currently use a Canon 300d and use both the standand Sandisk cards and also the Ultra Sandisk card.
I have found that this card is superfluous to what I need, the speed is more than capable for the camera (and 99% of all others)
There is a definite speed advantage over the inferior range - It now writes at 9 mega bytes a second, and reads at 10 megabytes a second!
It's well worth the extra few pounds, if you have a fast camera to put it to go use with!
I suggest getting both a fast card like this and a slower one, so you can pick and choose dependant on the forthcoming photoshoot.
You can never have too many cards!...

Advantages: Fast ,Reliable,1GB Memory Disadvantages: Nothing
...I was in need of a memory card with 1GB memory so i searched internet and found SanDisk Compact Flash Ultra II 1GB. I purchased it, It worked well with my camera.
The important feature of this memory card is It has a write speed of 9 mega bytes and read speed of 10 megabytes per second. It has a high density which will store big images very faster compared to other memory cards.
The warranty of SanDisk Ultra II SD card is 10 years. So we don't have to worry about the services.
SanDisk Ultra II SD card is mainly made for the photographers, Because it...
