Sandisk Micro SDHC Ultra II Secure Digital 2048 MB

...I bought the Sandisk Ultra II 4GB card after purchasing my new 14.6mp camera, which produces RAW files of around 12-14mb! I clearly needed an upgrade because my older 2GB SD cards could only store 70 photos. I wanted a card that would combine speed, capacity, and value for money - and so I landed at the Class 4 Sandisk SDHC Ultra II 4GB card. I've had experience with Sandisk before, and wanted to stick with them especially after I found out that this card has a lifetime limited warranty, and has been tested to be compatible with a large range of high-end digital cameras. ...quick card, huge amount of space, excellent warranty, not much more expensive than a normal sandisk 2GB sd card. 10 MB/s read speed and 9MB/s write speed are faster than a normal sandisk card, but not as much as a (considerably more expensive) extreme III or IV. 10 year warranty covers most incidents for a long time. Card only really shows its extra speed over a normal sandisk sd card when in a SLR or prosumer camera, and it really helps if you have a card reader in your computer to make use of the faster read speed. Best value card at the moment, better than an sdhc card at the moment. 2GB gives a huge amount of space for photos (i get 1100 photos with it on my 6 mexapixel canon powershot s3is) Quick read and write speeds, cheap, huge amount of space and a very long and extensive warranty all add up to an amazing card.
