I bought my Sansa e260 about six weeks ago having absolutely no idea why I should have one or how to use one, my son informed me I needed one as I travel quite a bit and can't always use my little radio. So when this little beauty arrived I was overjoyed. It is so easy to use, even for a 50-odd year old!, A lovely blue scroll wheel and clear bright screen. I have downloaded a couple of videos, some photos and a few CD's so far and have loads of space left. I love the pouch, though it could do with being a little larger or having a velcro flap to keep it in it. All in all, love it, glad my son told me I needed one as now I won't be without it. It is a good buy compared to the Apple Ipod which I also looked at briefly - but decided it was too expensive. I also have no problems with the earpieces, they are fine.
