Advantages: Exceptional sound quality, reasonable price, multifunctional Disadvantages: none to date
After a wide-screen t.v me and my partner were egar to complete our home entertainment by acquiring a 'DVD home theater system'. After our first buy failed we went for this model 'Sanyo DVD Home Theater System'. We purchased this product a little while ago now and so far I have no reason to complain about my buy.
This product was of a high standard in it's packaging, along-side it's presentation with-in the shop which we purchased it from.
THE CLASSIC FEATURES INCLUDE:
*DVD VIDEO
*COMPACT DISC DIGITAL AUDIO
*MP3 DIGITAL AUDIO
and the all important DOLBY DIGITAL 5.1 SURROUND SOUND
-basicly this machine is able to play back a compact disc aka cd, mp3's which you all know you can download them if you really want to (illegally) and copy them to a writable cd.
It can, and as it should, play back a film DVD alongside ...
Advantages: Easy to use. Easy to set up. Great value. Useful features. Disadvantages: No seperate audio output. & Like with all home cinemas it is quite space and money consuming!

Advantages: Simple and easy to use Disadvantages: Maybe too simple for some
The Sony CDP-XE370 did exactly as expected, easy to install, easy to use and a good sound. I am using a Sony TA-FE370 Amplifier.
It was simplicity itself to install two well marked plugs to the amplifier and plug in to the mains. The controls are simple and easy to use, and the instruction booklet could not be clearer. all the control knos are clear and easy to use not being too small.
As a piece of hi-fi equipment it looks good and fits snuggly on top of the amplifier giving a pleasing overall appearance.
My only negative comment would be that it would no suit the "hi-fi buff" as it is probably too simplistic, but for a non expert like myself it is just the job. ...
