...sanyo 28 in 16:9 flat screen tv. i brought my tv about two years ago now and it has not let me down yet.the sound quality is great as you can change the sound from the virtual sub woofer on or off also the surround sound can be changed from low to max which is great for different movies.the picture is great as you can also change the settings on that to which is also great for movies to.all the settings can easily be changed on the easy to used remote control.this tv with the great picture and sound is great for playing the games consoles on. it really looks great in black. looks great in any living room....

Advantages: Attractive, quality brand, small footprint, familiar controls
Disadvantages: no stand included
...Our fisrt LCD Telly, so we picked a brand known to us. Our previous TV had been a regular, traditional Sanyo that performed sterling service for 15 years before becoming a little temperamental.
Firste impressions were good, attractively styled, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you've never had a LCD TV before, the main thing that strikes you is the size that they DON'T take up, especially if you have had one of those monster widescreens!
Set-up is easy and provided you have the basic connectiions correst, the TV does all the tuning etc as soon as you turn it on.
Remote control is fairly easy to understand and the instruction manual is slim but succinct. One thing to note - if you have a Sanyo VCR. the TV remote has controls onboard that will enable most Sanyo VCRs to be controlled with it.
