Manufacturer's product description
This projector was built for high end users who want the ultimate in digital visual technology. With the extreme power of 3000 lumens and high definition capability, companies that want to express their message with outstanding visual quality will need this projector. The PLC-XP30 includes superior Sanyo technology to ensure a really bright and easy-to-view on-screen image. Each pixel of the 1.3-inch XGA polysilicon LCD panels has a built-in microlens, and the light source is a high-performance 250W NSH lamp. Picture quality is enhanced by Sanyo's new optical system, which achieves the remarkably high contrast ratio of 700 : 1. This combination of features means you can take the projector into a large auditorium or seminar room and use it with confidence. This projector includes a host of features to raise the projection quality of video images. 3D digital progressive scan processing of the interlace signal is handled by a large-capacity 16MB Progressive Scan memory chip. Scanning of each pixel combined with Sanyo's original movement algorithm ensures that vertical resolution is enhanced along with the diagonal resolution of moving images. The PLC-XP30 provides improved connectivity with a direct digital PC connection. Offering true plug-and-play compatibility, DVI accepts both digital and analog signals while eliminating noise, ghosting and complicated setup adjustments.
