I purchased a Sapling Kerry Cotbed from the Tesco Direct Catalogue. The cotbed was very well designed and easy to put together, my baby has now grown up to a toddler and we decided to convert the cot into and Junior bed, the kit came with a smaller bed end, which makes it look a bit more like a bed and less like a cot. On removing sides we noticed one of the slats of the base of the bed had snapped on a knot. I wrote to the address on the assembly instruction, they phoned be back very quickly and sent a replacement slat with no cost to me, they also enclosed replacement screws. ...

I bought the Cosatto Hogarth cotbed as after searching for months to find a good looking cotbed in cream to go in a neutral nursery it stood out from the rest.
It comes in 3 colours cream, country pine and walnut.
It has a really chunky , sturdy design and I was really pleased to find a cotbed with a drop down side as most have fixed sides.
It is simple to build but definatley a 2 person job !!!
It has 3 mattress height positions, drop side, teething rails and the footboard splits for when you need to change it from a cot to a bed.
I purchased mine from kiddicare.com and got a foam mattress included with delivery for £199.97 you can't get much better than that !

Buying a cot for your baby is another nailbiting experience as you only want the best for your baby, but may not have the money to buy the best.
We decided on the Mamas & Papas Mamu Fizz Cotbed from Argos. We have pine furniture throughout our bungalow and wanted a pine cot, but could not find a nice one that we could afford. This Cotbed was classed as made from natural wood and is a nice colour and is very sturdy.
We also wanted a Cotbed so that we could save some money, as this one will last to around 5 years of age. Of course, being from Mamas & Papas, it meets all current safety standards and came complete with mattress. It cost £154.79 from Argos.
