Full review
This is a review as asked from my friend who owns this card. I own the 512 PCI version and did own the 512mb AGP version for which reviews are all customized for all. Any questions please ask.
Installation
As with all graphics cards, just plug and play (so they say). Plug in, connect up and install drivers. Took me and my mate as a first install 1/2 hour but could take 1hr at the most. Easy pesy.
Performance
This card has pixel shader 3.0, will do anti-anialising and anistropic filtering. If you want full techs visit AMD website. What this all means is that is will play 99% of the latest games out today. It is not the for runner of technology like the 8800 nvidea or x9500ati but is a far cheaper alternative with enough perforance power. Running the card does create heat, you need to have adequate cooling with the pro version as this does get hot, an artic solution if you have space may be advisable. I will say though, the heat aspect is not at dangerous levels. The 256 version is not as powerful as the 512 and will struggle a little more on some games.
HDTV
Yes, via the component cable to your tv you will have HD output although the 1 of 2 DVI connections will be more than adequate.
Catalyst control center
This is a program with the card that will control all aspects of it running. Helpful if you are a control freak or are having some troubles. This is not unique to this card though if a nvidea user currently, handy to know.
Bang for Buck
Performance is very good, is very well spec'd and will be a fine addition to any PC. If you do not have the money for top of the range, this is a great inbetween and will save you lots. It may be an idea to get a 512mb version if you can afford it and you intend to play higher end games.
What does he play
I play games like CS:S, western Dsperado, F.E.A.R and company of heros (although this is not at top settings and does struggle), why say this, well, if you play them, you will know they can be power hungary games and this graphics card will more than suit your needs. it will give you an good idea of the type of game it can cope with easily.
Manufacturing support
As AMD and ATI are now one (ATI cards work better with AMD than nvidea by the way, the same performance with Intel) there is a huge structure behind you. Although all problems to issues are web based, you can almost always find the answer you are looking for. I have not really tested the system as I have had no real problems with the card but the surface looks great.
Summary
A rather strange review, one done for my friend who is not a member!!!
The card is compared to the 512 slightly more underpowered and will struggle a little more on the higher end games. Saying this the cost difference may say to you to go for this version. I would check the specs of programs and games before deciding on either. All in all, a very good card for the average user.

Installation

As said, plug in, connect up and install drivers. Took me 1/2 hour but could take 1hr at the most. As AGP cards go, easy.

Advantages: The size and the robustness. Disadvantages: Some websites appear stretched.
...Unsure of what to write my first review on I started to flick through the top products without reviews section and found my monitor, what better place to start than reviewing the thing I spend most of my life staring at?
The monitor I use and am there for reviewing is the Philips 190cw7cs, 19inch widescreen. I mostly seem to use my computer for work these days but I do find time to watch the odd downloaded movie on this monitor and have also watched various sporting events through my TV tuner when her indoors wont let me watch them on the TV. During all of these activities and a small amount of gaming this monitor has performed admirably.
The pc I am using this monitor with is a Sony built Hi-Grade with a 3.6ghz processor and a Sapphire - RadeonX1650Pro Ultimate Edition graphics card. I can vouch for the clarity of picture...
