I cant even begin to explain quite how lovely these are. They come in a lovely deep coloured purple box with a picture of three of the artistic brightly coloured cards on the front. You will see the word "tarot" and "Sasha Fenton" the name of the author written in lovely gold writing this is also on the lid. Written at the bottom there is a message saying " unlock the mysteries of the cards with the enclosed 64 - page hardback book and full deck of 78 specially designed, authentic tarot cards. The box is a shiny cardboard one and the lid slips on and lifts off easily. When you open it you are met with a pack of tarot cards in a "fancy carton" made with cardboard and a nice book the same purple as the cover is also right next to it. There is a little plastic part inside which is also purple, it holds the cards and book.
On the back it says that "in the past" the secrets of the Tarot were closely guarded by those who knew how to interpret them, then it says - today you can treat yourself to this superb Tarot set and read the cards for yourself. It tells you to ask the cards your questions on love and life and that if you do, they will provide all the answers you are seeking. Clearly explained and packed with useful information, it then goes onto say "this excellent kit will help you understand the meanings behind each Tarot card, allowing you to use your intuition to interpret what has happened in the past, what is happening now and what will occur in the future. It then tells you to be brave and see what lies ahead."
The cover of the book is purple and is similar to the box because Tarot and the authors name Sasha Fenton are written in the same gold colour on it as well. On the back it says the following - Since the middle ages, Tarot cards have been used to gain insights into the past and present and foretell the future. In the past, the secrets of the Tarot were closely guarded, but today you can use this book to read the cards for yourself. Ask the 78 Tarot cards questions on love and life and they will provide the answers you seek, When you open the book "the first page" with details on it is the contents index with the different sections and corresponding pages, where you will see:
The Tarot Cards Page 4 -5
These two pages go into "great detail" about everything about the Tarot and its history, although its just two pages "there is a lot" of information packed into them and there is a very in-depth description of it. This part gives you a good description of them and lets you know more about where they came from. It is very interesting to read and is a great starter for a wonderful book.
The Major Arcana Page 6 - 7
This is a great part and tells you about all of the

What Got Me Interested?
My mum got me started on these "i have always been interested" in these due to a few experiences in my life with paranormal things. One in particular when me, my mum, dad, sis and dog Amy were on a day out to the beach and when we got back home we watched the footage my dad took of us and our day out and there was a ghost on the screen in front of us walking along. Since we have had paranormal experts and such out at our house and they have confirmed that it is a ghost. It has also been on the news, radio and in a newspaper. I have had many experience's prior to this and since. One happened when i met up with a guy who i hadn't seen in a very long time and we were sitting on a bench in town, in a completely different part than i ever go to. We both seen a woman in very old clothing staring out of the window in the building facing us.
Three girls at the bus stop on the way back from their school also seen her. She just stood staring motionless for the whole time that we sat there and we were there quite a while, she never even flinched. When i described her to my mum she showed me a photo of how people dressed in the salvation army in the 1800s and it was exactly how she was dressed. These are just two of the many unusual things that i have experienced and i know many more people who have to. My previous experiences sparked my interest in everything of the paranormal kind and things that are unknown, i use to spend hours trawling the spiritual forums site and was fascinated reading about others experiences and sharing mine. I have not been on much recently as ciao and dooyoo have became my new favourite places. So Tarot has become my new way of "feeding my interest" after my mum bought a deck and did a reading for me.
Since the things i mentioned, my interest in this side of things has just kept growing. When i got my first Tarot reading "i was mesmerised" by all the brightly coloured cards and the answers they had waiting for me. The sad thing is unlike with the ghost footage on camera. I cant look at the answers i receive and know they are real or that something is giving me answers or insights into my future, even though this claims to and i wish sometimes something could. Maybe it is all just make belief but even if it is, it does inspire wonder and questions. Ones which you may never have asked yourself before. It encourages you to open your mind and consider other possibility's and for that i think it already is an exceptional set and one to invest in. I respect some people do not like this stuff and i understand them, what interests one person does not necessarily interest another. I have had some strangely accurate answers when using this deck and i am not a believer in coincidence when something happens too many times for it to be one. Sometimes i get the same answers "in a row one after the other" no matter how many times or how well i shuffle the deck, it is as if the cards pick you.
These are my favourite deck that i have seen yet because of the lovely set that they come in "it is really nice" and the colours used are beautiful. The ones on the box and the cards as well. The pictures used on each card to represent each meaning are artistic and nice to look at. For each card there is a positive and negative meaning. You can find it by looking up the meaning in the book. The answers are very helpful and even if you don't believe in "any of this stuff " they can be a helpful tool for guidance, in the sense that sometimes they give you a answer which you really could have done with. These can clarify things for you maybe it isn't some magical or mystical force supplying the answers but this does give you them. They are sort of similar to angel cards because they give you answers which are helpful in guiding you and the answers provided are ones that may never cross you own mind but once you read them they can help to give you perspective on things. They are certainly something different from the norm, and fun to use. My brother always referred to these as devil cards and always said he would never go near them yet when he got me to do a reading with these after slating them. He found them to have given him interesting answers and he enjoyed his reading.
I think some people are not aware about the facts enough and they are told that these are evil or bad because there are cards such as The Death Card or The Devil Card. When in reality they are NOTHING to be scared of for example, "i will tell you" two of the meanings for The Devil Card. One is that you could take on a large responsibility and the second one is that you could be starting a course of education. The Death Card can simply mean the end of a situation and new beginnings, not so scary is it? Some people will lead you to think these are going to harm you but they are basically just a form of advice and they can be a very useful thing to have at times. They will cause you no more harm than a flea would. The book provided is very well illustrated and extremely easy to understand. Overall there is 78 lovely tarot cards with magical pictures and the lovely little book has 64 pages in total.
This can be gotten on Amazon for the very reasonable price of £7.00
