flat head printer it's mean i can use any of ordinary ribbon for this printer special note: some special ribbon like TEC genuine ribbon.

3 additional usefull tool are ready and easy to install such as Dispencer,Rewinder,Cutter.
i 've been 3 years work with this product as technical support and been sure that no customer complaint for this product so far....
