It's ketchup but not as we know it

Advantages: Tangy and tasty, adds depth of flavor and colour to recipes, versatile
Disadvantages: Salty aftertaste, not a strong mushroom flavour compared to the spice, runny

Advantages: Versatile, adds rich deep colour and flavour
Disadvantages: None apart from the inclusion of Gluten & it's made in a factory using nut ingredients
