...buying the odd item from Savapoint and have noticed the gradual deterioration in delivery times. I am, at present, waiting for something that I ordered on the 13th of this month that was supposed to take a maximum of five days to arrive. When I rang to enquire about delivery I spoke to a miserable automaton who told me that, by some coincidence, had just been posted. this was 10 days after it had been ordered and needless to say that to date (31/03/09) ... ...is the last time I will use this dreadful firm. I am doing my best to publish this item but I am being baulked at every turn by the needless complication of this comments site. The latest hurdle was that this piece was too short, so I am having to pad it out as I am determined to be heard. Peter Williams ...

I ordered goods on 22rd January the money was taken from my bank on that day.
After many phone calls and emails I gave up and cancelled the order asking for my money to be refunded. I was told this would take 10 days. After one month I am still waiting for a credit .
When I phone I get told the goods will be delivered tomorrow but as we all know tomorrow never comes, nor does my credit.
I am hoping Watchdog will be interest in taking it on as ...

...not only did they take the money (£87.98) but also a £10.00 fee for a Shopper Discount site.
On phoning Savapoint spoke to a very rude person who eventually agreed to refund my money but youv'e guessed have not received it.
SO BE VERY WARY OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!! ...

Please, if you read this before you hand your money over to Savapoint - DONT DO IT! Save yourself a lot of hassle and visit your local high street, they need your business more than this much of cowboys. ...

Quick review of Savapoint
I have been waiting for an order from Savapoint for 2 weeks.
I rang customer services twice last week and was promised that items would be despatched last Friday.
I rang on Monday and someone promised to look into it and call back yesterday but didnt.
I rang today and have been promised that the order will be despatched within the week - he declined to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Watch this space ...
