BOUGHT A HARD DRIVE FOR MY LAPTOP AT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A GOOD PRICE. ONLY TO FIND THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT GOING TO BE SENT. THIS CAME TO LIGHT AFTER FOUR DAYS OF WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT? GOING ONLINE AND FINDING IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT OUT AND THEN BEING TOLD IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND WOULD NOT BE COMING? After a motherboard failure on one machine and a power surge destroyed the motherboard of another household computer, I was left two computers short and quickly needed two new computers that are essential for our family business. Saverstore seemed to be the perfect answer to our problem and I proceeded to order two Do It Yourself Motherboard kits with motherboard, RAM and CPU. All items were listed as In Stock. I checked the status and this meant ... ...were no express delivery options, but I thought 3 days would be a reasonable time to wait and usually most companies dispatch before then. How wrong was I! Ten days later, the order hadn't even been dispatched. All items were initially listed as "Awaiting Stock From Satellite Warehouse". Gradually, more items changed to "To Be Picked". On the tenth day, 3 items were still awaiting stock.
I am extremely disappointed at the level of service Saverstore ...

I am currently in dispute with savastore over an L.C D television I bought as christmas present for my son. I purchased it in november and it was stored away unpened for christmas day. It was faulty and of poor quality,so I askwed for a refund. 'Savastore' now known as 'Saverstore' (real drastic change of name, I know), appears to be all well and good as a trustworthy, low cost company when viewing their website..............how wrong we were. Both me and my boyfriend decided to upgrade the memory on our laptops. Myself by putting the memory from his laptop in to mine to give me 2gb, and him by purchasing 2x 2gb modules to put into his to give him 4gb. Our decision to buy the 2gb modules ... ...When we ordered the items, the page the item was displayed on failed to say that the item was not in stock. In turn, this led us to order the items anyway with no knowledge of them being out of stock! When my boyfriend recieved an email to confirm his order, no where on the email did it mention the 'no stock' issue, and to further annoyance, it said - 'delivery after dispatch 2-3 days'!
