Salesman LEO sold me one with an AMD Duron 996 Mhz processor by representing it to be a Pentium 3 1.2 gig processor that I'd specified I'd wanted. Showed me bogus specs in the catalogue. Even pretended to be genuine and said he was from Nicaragua etc. It was my last day in Miami and I was in a hurry. Was going to return there but now I don't know.
I am definitely going to seek a satisfactory resolution of this matter.
May the buyer/traveller beware and not be too hasty to buy anthing in good faith ... no matter how good it sounds.
Also, there are big price differences within the mall on the same or very similar items.
You wrote a comment about Radio Shack, not the mall.
But I must admit I've had similarly negative experiences at other RadIo Shack locations.

Hi there. This is quite good, but you need more detail about the mall (which I assume is quite big) such as other shops in it, places to get food. If you add any more please let me know. It's always nice to see people improving their opinions. :o)

Radioshack, known in UK as Tandy seem to have disappeared here. From what you say, it's just as well!
