Scan Computers

Advantages: Cheap prices, fast delivery.
Disadvantages: Not really a place for in-depth 'what computer do I buy' style advice.

Or if you don't, the website itself is easy to use, although you're best off ordering several items at once. Scan's prices simply can't be beat. ...know what you want. Also, Scan does not have a myriad of sales advisers who can help the complete beginner. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to grasp that - I witnessed one lady complaining how she didn't understand anything about computers and just needed someone to guide her through which models to get. Scan have a fantastic product range - however the company is brought down by a piss-poor second rate customer service. Scan is also known as "SCAM" in my company, myself an other colleauges have experinced the worst customer service that most other competitors. For a decent computer component supplier I would recommend www.cclonline.co.uk who offer much better Customer Service.
